In SB Resolution No. 129, the councilors said CSMPHS showed once again the "spirit of beauty and the best of every Mahinognon”.

“Through this historic win, Mahinog will once again be remembered as the 'home of the winners' and a place of 'beauty and the best,' when it successfully retained its championship title in the recently held Camiguin Lanzones Festival,” the council resolution read.

In said resolution authored by Councilor Liberato E. Babanto, the Municipal Council also expressed their gratitude and appreciation to award-winning choreographer Harold Antallan from Surigao for bringing Mahinog contingents to two-year successive wins in Lanzones Festival tableau competition.
