Event organizer reminded to apply mayor's permit first before the event

THE Mahinog Municipal Council reminds those intending to organize any local celebration or events to apply for a mayor's permit at least fifteen days before the actual conduct of the affair. This is to prevent a similar unauthorized motocross event that happened in sitio Kapihan from occurring again which put the participants and the general public in danger.
